A little bit confused? Here's a walkthrough on the new Facebook layout (video)

The largest buzz over the web right now is the new Facebook layout that has been recently implemented. It includes more controls over what you want to view in your News Feed, Top Stories, and a Ticker Feed that displays real-time happenings within your friends list.

As with myself and many others, I was a little bit confused initially (mainly looking for the +300 new feed option) but after this video I could see some advantages. Check it out.
